We started our Jalandhar center with Dr.Harbir Madan C/o PMG Academy, GT Road, Near Petrol Pump, Suranussi, Jalandhar. Dr.Harbir Madan is having 25 years of experience in education & providing best education to candidates. The motive of LOC is to provide a foreign education to the people of India at a much lower cost & also without IELTS. The students can learn same course of university here in centre, at their own pace and acquire international certifications in their own country. Students can do their 1st or 2nd year in India at our Centre with all the syllabus of UK University and complete their final degree with their preferred university chosen from our partners list. Our partner universities are located at UK, Canada, Australia, USA, Ireland etc. Fees are more than 50 % less than the fees who are studying study abroad. Students can pay their fees in easy installments. They can complete their entire degree in India but can still get the international degree which is valid worldwide. Candidates will get international study environment and material to study & also without IELTS

we r teaching the 1st year All those 2 year n 3 year courses which candidates r going to do abroad like UK,Aus, Canada.candidates r going abroad to do these courses there to settle in abroad n I think they r not coming back to India.

The 1 yr certificate will be given by UK university n their credits for transfer to 2 yr is acceptable by all those foreign countries.N there is no need of IELTS to do 1 yr at our place or to go abroad in 2 yr,The motive to start here is the Course fees which is very high in abroad n our fees is just 3500 pounds N no extra cost
